Yet this letter is saying you are and asking if you want to participate, if so send it in by xyz date. Now I have seen these and let them go by not understanding. The next time, I filled it out. Why not? Let me tell you, do it too! If someone got mad enough or caught on to a company being shady, and as they researched they found you was affected too. All you have to do is fill it out and send it on time, then forget about it. Which I did, until today when I got not one but TWO settlement checks. One for just under $200 and the other for just over $1,400!!!
I was floored, I thought it be $5 bucks to maybe $50 and I'd be lucky with $200. I never in a million years expected over a $1,000. So I am paying off the rest of my credit card, which feels great! I still just just under a grand left. What to do! Part of me wants to invest it in upcoming companies that are going public the other part wants to just put it towards my new car to buy. Yet technically I could invest and self half of it when I was ready to buy the car... Hmm What to do?
